Well inIn my opinion, Kakashi did surpass them all, MOMENTARILYmomentarily that is. I Don'tdon't see Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade taking on Kakashi with his double mangeykyoMangekyō Sharingan ( Perfect Susanoo+BothComplete Body Susanoo, plus both variants of KAMUIKamui). 

Itachi, on the other hand, just might have a chance against him ( because itachi's susa'noo. Since Itachi's Susanoo is equipped with totsuka bladeTotsuka Blade and yata mirrorYata Mirror, which was stated to be ESSENTIALLY INVINCIBLEessentially invincible by Zetsu and also on the naruto wiki, so he might have a chance against Kakashi's Susanno )Susanoo.

Double MangeykyoMangekyō Sharingan Kakashi surpassed the sanninLegendary Sannin and itachiItachi possibly, but then again, he lost his sharinganSharingan power ups.
