Does Hiei jaganshitransform into his Jaganshi form more than once in the anime?

In the anime, before the Beast'sThe Beasts of Maze Castle arc, when Hiei and YuesukeYusuke fight for the first time. He, he had a transformation called the Jaganshi form which increased his speed and power.

The only other time we see this form is in the movie Poltergeist reportPoltergeist Report.

In all the other fights (excluding beastsThe Beasts of maze castleMaze Castle, because he wasn't even breaking a sweat there) dark tournament: The Dark Tournament, chapter blackThe Chapter Black, demon world tournament.

HeThe Demon World Tournament, he never used it again. 

Is there a cannonicalcanonical reason for this? Or was it just forgotten about?
