Which stores is the easiest place to purchase manga from?

Are there any supermarkets or main stores that sell them or can they only be bought from independent stores?

  • Waterstones sell manga if that's the type of answer you are looking for. – Tamz_m Mar 16 '16 at 9:26
  • You should specify what you're looking for, such as titles and genres of manga that you're looking for. Different shop might cater to different audiences and might not carry the newest volumes, or might not op to stock certain series based on it's content. Easy is a very subjective word, everyone has their own interpretation of it. Manga is a common item that most stores aside from book stores would stock. Please try to be a bit more specific on what exact it is that you're looking for. – кяαzєя Apr 16 '16 at 2:32

I would suggest checking if you have a local forbidden planet, they have locations all over the UK and always had a wide selection available; their website is here http://www.forbiddenplanet.co.uk/

I found most book stores generally have a small manga/anime section. Depending on what exactly you are looking for you may do better looking online, the best site in my experience is http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/ which returns over 100,000 hits when I search just on the word manga.

There are many other online options which you can find using a search engine.

I hope this helps.
