This question already has an answer here:

I've seen both the 2003 anime and Brotherhood, and I know Brotherhood is more faithful to the manga than the 2003 anime. So I'm wondering if it's worth the effort to get all the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, or is Brotherhood so faithful to the manga that it's just the manga in anime form (i.e. the manga has no major plot twists that deviate from the anime)?

You'll probably be able to answer this well enough with the information here; it lists 03, 09, and the manga. Basically: If you watched both anime, there is nothing especially shocking in the manga. (Also: Reworded your question a bit to be a little less non-constructive.) – Killua Jul 4 '13 at 22:52

Adding to what @Eric wrote, although the other question is not exactly the same, the answers there cover the differences between the anime and manga enough to have your question answered. If you feel the answers do not fully address your question, edit this question accordingly (although I really don't see how this could happen). :) – JNat Jul 4 '13 at 23:21
