I am new to Monogatari series and it looks really confusing to get into it. Most of the people online suggest watching it in release order however there exist chronological order which i really don't know much about. Which is the correct order to watch Monogatari series?

@Dimitrimx: this seemed like a better (partial) duplicate to me, since this is more about what the best watch order is and it doesn't make sense to watch Monogatari in strict chronological order anyway. – Maroon Mar 7 '19 at 8:40
  • @Maroon true. This question certainly helps. But why won't chronological order makes sense? – RishX Mar 7 '19 at 8:43
  • To watch Monogatari in literal in-universe chronological order would mean breaking up the individual seasons/series that have come out. For example, Tsubasa Tiger is set at the same time roughly as Shinobu Mail, but it’s part of the Second Season adaptation which includes material that happens way after the conclusion of Tsubasa Tiger (like Hitagi End) while Shinobu Mail is part of Owarimonogatari, which came out years later. – Maroon Mar 7 '19 at 9:06
  • @Maroon I guess its better to go with release order then. – RishX Mar 7 '19 at 9:10
