Do you mean after Bakugo reassures Kirishima that "if the enemies are small fries like these, then they will be alright"? The song played after that scene is called "Hero A". I hope this is the one you are looking for. 😉
There is no song playing when Bakugo reassures Kirishima; and that scene actually ends in 15:33 not 16:33 (at least the place I was watching in had that scene in that time).
However, as soon as that scene ends, the training theme song does play (when Mashirao is escaping from the villains who invaded USJ), and I hope that you were referring to that.
If so, then you only need to look up My Hero Academia OST 16 or Hero A by Yuki Hayashi for that.
