IIRC, in a webcomic chapter it's mentioned Metal Knight can be pulling the strings of both the Heroes Association and the Neo Heroes. Also, Child Emperor who also develops power suits and robots is in the Neo Heroes association. Finally, Zaedats is the main investor of the Neo Heroes and he has a specialized battle suit, one could think it was made by him thanks to all the money he has.
Then, who made the neo heroes battlesuits? Is this ever mentioned? Is it Metal Knight, Child Emperor, Zaedats or someone else?
