First is Xeno, then the Grand Priest, then the angels, then the supreme kaios and the gods of destruction, then the grand kaio, then the kaios, and the kamisamas. And in Dr Slump you have a kamisama, which according to some sources is "the creator of the universe" and according to others "the ruler of the galaxy". So, where does this kami-sama fits in the ranks of gods in Dragon Ball?
