I'm very new to anime, so I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject. I've seen anime color palettes like this one for an anime sunset: https://www.color-hex.com/color-palette/65533 *But I'm looking for something a bit more specific

*Also I'm looking for their proper names if you know them. Though, slang terms would be acceptable if it doesn't have a proper name or you don't know it.

    The logo came from this meta post. Its explanation is in a link in the comments - stylized kanji for 'ga' i.e. picture/drawing (part of the word manga). Not sure if your general question would be on-topic here
