just a note, i read the manga in Chinese and Japanese original. the bit where Natsu says are you here to get burned wearing the glasses is just imitating a yazuka or a gangster because he is wearing the sunglasses and the glasses symbolizes yazuka or gangsters in a way. if you search up yazuka or gangster, you will find that out of the ones that wear sunglasses, they mostly wear glasses that is the same or similar (big lenses) to the glasses Natsu is wearing in the image. the second scene where they say primitive, it says (to my understanding) " that's so old" which should lead to meaning that the glasses and Natsu's speech was from a while ago when there were a lot of yazuka gangs around. second bit isn't really important and might be a bit vague due to my poor English but yeah, hope this helps.
